I know this may be a futile attempt.
Having to delete, sort through or be compelled to read the nearly constant
barrage of messages you've been posting is just as insulting to us
strangers. In one week on this list I've had to delete more CRAP from one
person than I ever have in four years of being on the Modslist, which leads
me to believe that - could it possibly be? - she has zero consideration for
mailing list etiquette, or at best people's e-mail in-box and trash can
memory space. Come on, Helen. Look at the amount you've been posting
compared to other list members. It makes the digests VERY long to scroll
thru as well. Have some consideration for others on the Modslist. I
realize you might be new to mailing lists (I see you're on a few others as
well) or new online, and you're really really really excited about being a
mod with a zine, but let's have some quality in exchange for quantity. It
also makes you look like you have way too much time on your hands,
considering the length of some of them. I'm not trying to police the list -
I'm just annoyed as all get-out at seeing a 4-inch block of the name Helen
Barrell showing up in my box every hour. Your opinions are interesting, but
would have a lot more impact at a lesser, um, frequency.
