I just finished talking to a Fred Perry @ Compaq in London
har har har..
I asked if he was THE Fred Perry - and what kinda discount
the designer get's - he said "non" but heard "parker's (read: parka's) "are
commin' back..." what a kewl guy..
anyway that was my tidbit o' the day...

Wow, Brian, I think these exec types are getting the idea now! My company
replaced all their crappy chairs with the Aeron. They are brilliant. Also,
we are lucky enough to have a Luminaire store down the street, so our new
bookcases and lobby chairs are also brilliant. maybe the 21st century is
really making an impact. finally!

frugal employer has made it official that our new standard office chair
will be the Herman Miller Aeron desk chair, and plans to replace all of our
chairs within the next 60 days! Actually, the company we're merging with
has been using them for the last year, so I guess this is one of the perks
of the merger.
