Sorry for the wrong info.
I'm 98% sure Luv n' Haight came out before Ubuiquity (the early LnH 12"s
dont have a date), both came from the owners of Groove Merchant (a
husband and wife team- can't remember their names). The owners then sold
Groove Merchant sometime within the last year, but kept their labels.
