The "debut" night of LOCOMOTIVE is FRIDAY, MARCH 3. LOCOMOTIVE represents the hope for Southern California to begin a tradition of a classy, styling, sharp, 60's style SOUL DANCE club! Such a club has only been represented by the events produced by the now on-the-shelf GOLDEN STATE SOUL SOCIETY in the past few years. The club is being held at 1835 Cahuenga Blvd in Hollywood at the corner of Franklin and Cahuenga just two blocks north of Hollywood Blvd, the establishments name is Leggs. This venture is bringing together international known dj's NANCY SOULTASTIC and EUGENE BALK, along with local dj's CHRIS GRIFFITH and PATRICK MATAMOROS. They will be spinning the best in CLASSIC "dance club" SOUL music from the 1964 to 1974 era. Future club guest dj's hope to include Mike Vague, Senor Amor, and others.
