Like most ex-pat bar/pubs, a reasonable facsimile of a shit English pub (or 
a shit English pub before they all inexplicably became 1950's Irish 
post-office themed.) There's a picture of the queen, some tartan, football 
on the tv and they look surprised when you tip for drinks.

Probably relates to the experience of English drinking to about the same 
level of accuracy as "Senor Tex McShooters" in Leicester Square does to 
America.

Still I like the way the phrase "British and Dominion" implies America is 
still a colony, very classy. No Graham Greene/Evelyn Waugh types at the bar 
sadly.
