Thank you Dave for the compliment! I was worried my set was not going to
hold well at Bar 13 last night, since we all know the Shout! contingency
enjoys the "6o's rock".

I tried to introduce a sound not typically heard at shout! which
consisted of rare latin boogaloo tracks equipped with timbales, cow
bells, conga drums, kick horns and a magic touch of african buari. It
certainly got the dancefloor moving, but the "rock" set seemed to be
more the favorite. I just hope my sets at shout! can only open up a new
taste. One can only hope. But to address your "personal issues" we have
- we have none? Unless you think we do. I suppose we have not really
talked that much, but according to our mutual friends i know that you
are a good guy, with proper taste and having a killer sense of humor.
So, "no i do not hate you". There is no reason to. I guess I just have
been jaded by the number of so-called "mods" in New York that i have
seen come and go through the years. I just stopped paying attention to
people. But now i know there is hope.

thanks again,
Gregg
