OK, so I deserve 30 lashes for recieving a free copy of "On Target" magazine from the good people at Jump Up records, and not reviewing it on modslist as I had promised too. So to clear my concience here is my review. On Target is a great magazine which has more info and type that would fit on the pages. The layout is great and there is plenty of unique pictures and articles to read. If your into the scooter scene and the mod scene, this mag is a must have and it makes a pleasant alternative to Scootering.
