Damn, Jason T. beat me to it (we'll, sort of what he meant), but I'm
throwing in my vote for Mark Lindsay.
On a side note/fun fact, short-lived former Paul Revere and the Raiders
drummer (not Mike Smith) used to be my boss at a local indy movie theatre
chain. He had apparently done little else since PRR besides work at a movie
theatre, and subsequently had the most impressive film poster collection
I've ever seen, including a copy of nearly every indy/euro film to play at
the theatre since the early 70's.
