First up - cheap helmets aren't worth the risk, if you fall off(bear that in
mind).
Dont spray a helmet, as the paint will deteriorate the helmet, and make it
brittle.
Best budget helmet available in the UK is the JM Elite - open fce, and in
white or black.
Similarily in the UK, if you are after a retro helmet, the man to talk to is
