You might want to stay in the surrounding areas as the city itself is
probably pretty booked for that weekend. Try calling around in the east
bay, Berkeley's only 20 minutes away across the Bay Bridge....There are
quite a lot of small and inexpensive hotels along University Avenue and its
only a stones throw away from Telegraph which has the Best Record store
around, Amoeba! as well as Mod Lang on University, itself....(No other
record stores around compare, believe me!)
