Hey All, Last night around 11pm, my scooter was stolen from my front doorstep here in the Center City section of Philadelphia (1900 block of Chestnut St). The chain was cut just before 11pm; I'm sure of this because the ground where the scoot sat was completely dry while the surrounding area was wet from rain. My ride's a 1980 P200E, silver with gold cowls and black horncasting (I'm in the midst of renovation, okay?). It's pretty banged-up, as is the rear cargo rack--it's also missing taillights. Without a pickup or van, the bastards couldn't have gotten far, as the clutch doesn't work. Any help, even a discerning eye, from those of you in the Philly area would be greatly appreciated.
