The Monarch is a complete and utter dive filled with loads of sweaty peeps
and big dirty plastic pint glasses. If queueing up for hours to use a filthy
loo and being packed like sardines is your bag, then by all means go. You
actually might have a better time though if you buy a 4 pack of Boddingtons
and sit in the nearby Safeway's carpark.
