I found this in some help thing at topica.com, I don't know how I ended
up on this list, but maybe it will help in getting everyone off of it.
Unsubscribing from a List From Topica
From the "My Topica" page, you can select "Unsubscribe" from the
Delivery Method pull down menu. Or, from your list preferences
menu, click on Unsubscribe.
Unsubscribing from a List From your Email Client
If the list is hosted by Topica (the email address ends with
Topica.com) Send a blank message to:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (substituting "list name" for the
name of the list such as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Do
not enter any text in the subject line or body of the message. If the
list is not hosted by Topica, you will need top login to your account
and unsubscribe using the Topica interface.
