Now that I know what you are looking for...I have seen them for sale in CA
at several places. Nordstrom sells
them online as well as in their stores. There are also a number of very
overpriced stores in South Coast
Plaza that sell them such as Todds, BCBG and AX.
You might want to tell them you are looking for "driving" shoes as that is
what I've hard them commonly
referred as....
