Not quite the case, actually!
Pilver (pil'ver) n. : a blunt tool used by blacksmiths and equestrians to 
remove horse shoes. v.: to pilver 

Murple (mer'pl) n.: a 14th century sickle like object used in Scandinavia and 
northern Europe in castration and genital mutilation (ex.) the thief was to 
be murpled at sunrise

Morange (o' ranj) n.: An ancient Roman birth control device made of tightly 
wrought cowhide and placed on the penis prior to copulation.
