I'd say that ELP are more a by-product of tooooooooooooooooo much cocaine,
and the easy availability of sequins and spandex capes in Camden(which is
still the case, nowadays).
Little known fact - "Fanfare For The Common Man" by ELP was the theme tune
to BBC Scotland early evening news, during the 70's.
Scarred me for life that did!
