not to be an ass (it's my first time, I feel weird), but I think there are
somewhere near a zillion good tailors in Hong Kong. I've bought a couple
suits 2nd hand that were put together in HK and they are incredibly well
made... plus, my current tailor is from there and she'll do it exactly like
you tell her, and faster than anyone else I know of.
