I wondered how the hell to receive the posts in a digest format. I can't even go to the fridge for a beer without being blitzkrieged with email. Any help would be appreciated. This could not have been worded better. Honestly, the elitism is a part of the "image" many (and often rightfully so) "mods" wish to convey to the world. But it seems some people become so egotistical, they forget the FUN aspect of the whole thing. If all the "seasoned" old-timers really care about the mod movement as a whole (not just the individual or cliquish mentality, the collective mentality), they will help those who are young or simply new to modernism. I believe that this list can be a great tool if everyone bounced ideas (and ideals) off each other in a civil manner. Share your ideas with the "young'uns", help nurture them so that when you're truly an old timer (I'm speaking decades perhaps), there's still people like you enjoying this great lifestyle.
