I don't "believe" in mod. I believe in myself. Mod is EXACTLY about obsession.
Once you get THAT, then you won't CARE what anybody else thinks, you'll have your
own thing. But what is this "right or wrong" schtick? It's a question of taste,
or lack thereof, nothing else.
My suspicion is that it isn't a "dominant and persistant" influence in your life, and
you will indeed "escape" it in the not-so-distant future.
