At least a dozen other times I've written a similar message to this list.
Why must topics that have been covered umpteen times, and are preserved in a
nicely searchable format in this list's archives
<http://www.topica.com/lists/modslist/read>, be brought up again and again?
Word to the wise, the idiotic banter comes and goes in cycles on this list.
For every bad week of "Dan v Chris", "Secular v the World", "DRainer is a
skinhead twat", and "Davy Love say F*** to everyone" there are months of
intelligent conversation.
It is certainly easy enough to filter out the chaff in order to get the
wheat, if you hate Dan's posts put him in a kill-file, that way you won't
have to even see, much less read his posts. Every email program (except AOL)
enables you to filter your mail, so before complaining to a very public list
and highlighting your own personal ignorance, learn to use your software.
Still want to get off this list? Did you keep the welcome message that you
got from this list that explained how to leave? If not why not? Do you throw
away your receipts, warranties, and tax returns as well?
Okay since many of you are obviously not bright enough to figure this out on
your own visit: <http://www.topica.com/lists/modslist/prefs>. From there you
can change your subscription from "Individual Messages-Sent by Email" to
"Message Digests-Sent by Email" or "Using Topica Website Only-No Email" or,
yes, you may even "Unsubscribe" here. I highly suggest the "Website Only"
option
Don't know how to use the web? Then just send an email to:
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. BYE. GO. SEE YA.
