Does anyone know if there's anything available from them in the > US? > Nothing has ever been released stateside by the Aardvarks, but their 'Bargain Day' LP seemed to have a mass release, at least here in the Bay Area, I used to see it everywhere. Their last release was the "Bad Clothes" single on Detour which was pretty good. The best one to track down would be their EP on Screaming Apple Records out of Germany, which is raw and powerful featuring early recordings from the LP that are much stronger. Mojo Mills from Shindig Magazine showed me TV footage of them from a British TV show that featured future Kula Shaker organist Jay Darlington, which was really cool. Although, they seemed to be bored with the whole thing, it was still an experience to behold!
