Ok Ok...so I've been unsubbed for months and look what happens? It seems every other Chicagoan has their wits about them and unsubbed too! The only person who bothered to speak up about our lil' scene was good ol' Tinx from Portland. In any case, where have you guys been? OH wait, at Sea and Cake shows. Not one of the people that frequent our mod related events have ever, nor would ever be at a Sea and Cake show (unless there was free booze). Good chance you'll see us at these places too...the following clubs on the respected nite: Tighten' Up! at Club Foot every 3rd Thursday Revolver at Liars Club every 4th Thursday Northern Soul nite every 1st Thursday Invasion at CLub Foot every 2nd Thursday (mostly brit pop, be frightened!) Also, we like Danny's Bar a lot. And we sometimes spin at Bar Vertigo when they ask real nice. So, that's a starter course for young Chicago mods.
