THat doesn't meant you're from the UK... it means your car is from the
UK.... If you ever go to Europe, you put those on your car due to European
Community regulations for ease of travelling

I mentioned the type of car in jest because of the light irony of the
typical american car dressed up to be british. For everyones info, among
the assorted stickers and decorations on my car, I have one of those black
and white oval stickers that says I'm from the UK.
