You cannot go wrong with the Phil Spector box set. It's one of the most
thoroughly enjoyable listening experiences one can have. You really get an
overview of how Spector honed his production style with Jack Neitsche and
Larry Levine. It also comes with a great book and it includes the Christmas
album and you can't beat that. It's usually pretty easy to find on ebay and
in a lot of stores.
