I don't know where the rest of the San Francisco people were, but they missed one hell of a performance from Denver, Colorado sensations The Cigarette After!!! Imagine a hybrid of the Pink Floyd, MC5, and the Deviants all rolled into one! These cats and a kitten were amazing with loud guitar effects, screaming Farfisa, distorted bass runs, and multiple tempo changes! A great version of Shocking Blue's classic floorstomper "Send Me A Postcard" was just the icing on the cake. This is a band you do not want to miss when they come to your town! I'm a fan!!!
