This list was at its absolute peak, in terms of creativity, fun and validity
when the abuse was at its worst. You'd get dozens of mails every day too.
I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that I had some fantastic laughs on here a
year or so ago.
Many of the Americans I had personal battles with I have since had beers
with at Mod dos and there was a great sense of camaraderie at the time with
modslisters seeking each other out at events in the UK, US and Europe.
Everybody is either jaded, old(er), or just too nice these days. That's why
all those freaks with big bushy beards, loon pants and geography-teacher
hacking jackets can walk around Mod dos looking like George Roper with
Yootha Joyce on their arms without fear of internet ridicule.
I'm just lurking waiting for a good kick off.
That said, what the fuck is that southern shandy-swilling Secular doing on a
northern mods list? Boot him off!

The reason everbody left this list is because people were to abusive. I
have read this list since it started and can say 85% of the mails have
nothing to do with being a mod but to do with acting like a twat. Mr
Secular you have to admit sometimes you are a bit nasty- Maybe not by
personality but just to get one over on someone else.
The northern mod list was set up so like minded people can talk about
like minded subjects. I have to say it works, 90% of the time because
most people on the Northern Mod List know each other. the only time it
doesnt work is when Mr Secular tries to be abusive. I dont know why he
does this maybe he was bullied at school and needs to act this way to
feel good about himself. any way my point is this list is to worldwide.
You can be nasty to someone in America because you will never bump into
them in a club. I think the failure of this list is apparent in the
number of mails it reseives nowadays. The aveage is 6 compared to
Northern Lists 30. any way sorry to bore everyone but I feel sorry for
all the people subscribed to this list as the content is prety
worthless.
