Okay well sure reunion gigs can be dicey but this isn't strictly a
reunion gig as far as I can tell. The Cavestomp shows have also included
current, young garage acts - The Swingin' Neckbreakers, Mooney Suzuki,
etc. - alongside the dicey reunions - The Pretty Things, The Trogs, Dave
Davies, etc. (Didn't you hear? garage is supposed to be the latest big
thing..:) - read - sarcasm...). I can't really say what the crowd will
be like nor can I say that I would fork out the dough to travel across
the country just to see a reunited "Creation" either. But for anyone
planning a trip to NYC or for NYC natives, it might be an interesting
night out. I also hear that Warsaw is a GREAT room (assuming of course
that the music's good).
