I am certainly not defending Dan needling people during a trying time, but the fact of
the matter is that it is really sad that a college student does not know the correct
conjunction of 'you are' and it does make his/her sentiments seem less valid. This
statement has nothing to do with the content of what truecadet wrote, but rather that
one cannot hope to represent one's opinions if one does not have a basic grasp of
language. Dan's still a nasty man for jumping all over the post, but the fact remains
that it does lessen the substance of what one says if one cannot express it well. Man,
I don't have spellcheck and I just know that I've mis-spelled something here and will
look like an ass, but I'm OK with that.
