Hello...
Just wondering if anyone from London UK area
on this list could give me some advice re:
what are some cool jazzish venues in the London
area.... I am looking at coming over
in November (if things are calm) to try and
arrange a few shows.... my band is called RALPH and
our new cd "This Is For The Night People" is now
available in the UK via Pinnacle and has been getting
some nice reviews....
I am also considering picking up UK musicians or
collaborating with a UK combo due to the costs of air
fare and travel (I'm coming from Vancouver)....
my music is a combination 50s-60s straight ahead
jazz and beat(nik) vibes with garage-ish roots and mod flavourings plus
Rod McKuen/Mose Allison and smatterings
of French and Italian... it's pretty cool, I think....
If you have any ideas/suggestions - please let me
know off list....
