"To Sir With Love" is great- such an interesting blend of pop arranging styles of the time. It's got a little bit of Bacharach in the b-section, a little Phil Spector in the strings, that great clicky Carol Kaye bass sound and Lulu sings the hell out of it. The movie is one of my favorites- even if only for Sidney Poitier dancing and Michael Des Barres (he of later Power Station fame, trainspotters) doing not much more than looking moody.
