If you're talking about original groups, there's a ton of those that I would recommend! Lot's of good comps to keep your eyes out for that have recently sprouted up and those are reissues of older compilations, ie the Rubble and Chocolate Soup series which are vinyl only! If you want good psych freakout stuff on CD I would certainly grab the recent Nuggets II box for instant gratification! The Mojo box looks really good, although alot of the material has seen the light of day on many a compilation and several tracks are on the Nuggets set! What is good about the Mojo set is that it stays strictly within the UK, unlike Nuggets which is worldwide, but some of it can lean a little more to the prog side, so I wouldn't know how some would feel about that!
