I now have a README that in part says: perl Makefile.PL perl script/db.pl make make test make install
I'd just as soon that db.pl got run as part of the just 'make' part rather than as a stand alone. This, of course, would get me back to a more vanilla situation--devoutly to be desired! --hsm
