Can I become the owner of the Pod::DocBook namespace instead of Alligator Descartes who no longer maintains this package?
The right place to ask this would be on [EMAIL PROTECTED], since that's where the people that have the power to make the changes are. You'll need to Cc Alligator since his approval is needed unless there's proof that he's fallen off the edge of the world.
A better, and possibly simpler, way of doing this would be to just ask Alligator (provided he's responsive). His PAUSE interface allows him to transfer maintainership to someone else.
