I too was hoping this would die on its own as an Obviously Bad Idea. Having a bunch of POD-only modules is about as appropriate as a review medium as using email signatures. Please, don't do this. Make the CPAN ratings web site better, or start your own web site, and use a storage medium other than the CPAN module repository. -John
