Until I read this thread I hadn't given any thought to cleaning up old
(presumably obsolete) modules. Now that I have, how far back should I
preserve versus delete?

It also occurs to me that along with a FAQ, CPAN could use a doc on CPAN
culture, which should cover things like this...
