Query about Post-Upload E-mail from CPAN

In the last few weeks I've been uploading modules to CPAN for the first 
time in several months.  I used to expect to get 3 e-mails from CPAN as 
an upload progressed -- the first 2 right away and the final 1 when the 
module was fully uploaded.

But I've noticed that I'm not getting such e-mails now (not that it 
matters all that much); the modules are getting fully uploaded and I 
learn about that when they become available via search.cpan.org.

Is this other module authors' experience as well?
