Deleting a user account on pause

I asked a few months ago about deleting one of my old accounts on pause 
'ICYDEE' which I tried to create but moved jobs before I could 
authenticate or change my email address.

So, ICYDEE is sitting there, doing nothing. I was promised that someone 
here could delete the account (since that is my preferred username, once 
it is deleted it would allow me to register it correctly this time).

Any help appreciated.
