Hi Juan, That sounds like an interesting idea. Have you looked on CPAN, sourceforge, etc for prior art? If you find some prior art, propose an improvement or extension to it (or a replacement for it if your idea/goal is sufficiently different.) Also, feel free to elaborate on your idea before you hear back from someone.
