Hi!
I'm experimenting with an Acme module and want to provide meta
information explicitely in the META.yml because the PAUSE indexer
doesn't seem to look into my utf-8 filenames.
I have seen that after uploading there is a field "META-driven index:
no" which I have also seen on other libs set to "yes":

Can I influent that field? How?
And would it do what I expect, i.e., taking info
from META.yml instead of from the *.pm file?
