I'll speak to that. Module::Install 0.81 and 0.82 have bugs in the
DSL.pm "Domain Specific Language" addition to it.

I've passed information on them to Adam Kennedy (0.82 was a "first try"
fix that did not work completely) and I understand he'll be fixing them,
if he hasn't already.
