Hello ppl,

Calling for all help on making Build for windows (Cygwin/Mingw/Native). I
have added the following patch to

http://github.com/kthakore/SDL_perl
branch patch

I am having a lot of trouble doing this as I don't have a windows box. Any
help is much appreciated.
