For anyone interested, the ExtUtils-Manifest module comes with a very nice default MANIFEST.SKIP as part of the distribution: http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/RKOBES/ExtUtils-Manifest-1.58/lib/ExtUtils/MANIFEST.SKIP Here's a quick way to copy it to your directory: $ perldoc -m ExtUtils::MANIFEST.SKIP > MANIFEST.SKIP It doesn't have Mercurial's .hg files, but I bet Randy would take a patch for it. :-) -- David
