Phishing Attempt

I just got a email titled: You are logged in in total 28 time in 90days 
on Chrome device

Gmail has flagged it as spam.
It says I logged into cpan.org using Chrome on Windows. I don't use 
Chrome or Windows. Has anyone else received such a message?
