This release has a fully EU::MM-compatible Makefile.PL, so either
Module::Build or ExtUtils::MakeMaker can be used to install version.pm
(either XS or pure Perl implementations).
Big thanks to Dave Rolsky, whose Params::Validate was used as a donor
for a Makefile.PL transplant!
