Please note that the ticket has a patch (against svn version) attached
which implements this behaviour.
Any chance that I'll get a reply? I'll accept a "no", a "thanks,
applied", a commit bit, or whatever. Being ignored, however, is
frustrating. Given that I haven't received an answer yet, I would think
nobody feels strongly one or the other way?
