Is done (for some value of done.)

I'm wondering if it is worth supporting head[2-4] or just head2? The
trouble with 3 and 4 is that we don't have a particularly wholistic
parsing scheme, so we're not really noticing if a package's
documentation scheme is all over the map or not because we're only
going in to dig-up one method at a time. That means in `./Build help
foo`, an unfortunate =head3 foo inside of =head2 bar would get grabbed
instead of =head2 foo unless we just draw the line at head2 and be done
with it.

Turns out the optimal technique is to put it in reverse and gun it.
