That's a reasonable middle ground and it would just DWIM for everyone.
By the way, to show I'm not a luddite on this, I'm also beginning to
think that we should start lobbying Andreas to just add Module::Build
to the prerequisites for the next CPAN.pm release. ;-)
Not much point, CPAN.pm will already install Module::Build when it detects a
Build.PL.
