I've recently been using Module::Build for a project involving multiple XS and
C files. I discovered a mistake in the linking logic that causes it to
sometimes recompile due to a timing mistake.

There's an easy test to run to demonstrate the failure. Could someone
familiar with XS and C linking please vet whether the patch makes sense?
