I'm recreating my Windows smoker with a fresh copy of Strawberry and
installing the bleeding edge of major toolchain modules. (CPAN,
EU::MM, Test::More, T::H, etc.)

Should I install M::B now from svn or wait for a CPAN dev? I can just
imagine authors bitching at me for things not working with an M::B
that isn't even released, but I'm getting pretty used to being bitched
at for some aspect of CPAN Testers or another. ;-)

Then I'll start it on the (slow) process of working its way back in
time through all of CPAN.
