My batting average feels pretty low these days. Sorry for all the churn. This should fix failing bundle_inc tests for Perl before 5.10.1 (with older, buggier ExtUtils::Installed).
The regression test of 0.35_07 vs 0.35 has finished 0.35 tests and is about 25% of the way through 0.35_07.
